Our club fosters a dynamic learning environment through regular hackathons, and lectures. We focus on hands-on projects, such as developing large language models (LLMs) and advanced image scanning technologies, to apply our skills to real-world solutions.
We are very committed to learning, as we host regular lectures and discussions on a wide range of AI topics and subfields. We delve into areas such as AI safety, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and ethical considerations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the field.
Our club has undertaken numerous impactful projects that showcase our passion and skills. From developing code for large language models (LLMs) to creating advanced image scanning technologies, our work reflects the practical application of our learning and contributes to real-world solutions.
After school, we meet up on special occasions to host Hackathons! It is a great learning experience, and everyone grows and benefits from it.
We take our competitions very seriously, and always make sure to try our hardest. Under set timilines and guidelines, we ensure a fair field for all. A bit of healthy competition also helps our club members grow and they learn from each other afterwards.
These hosted events are not without reward! The top three placed students (evaluated by our teacher Maurice Brittain) get small cash prizes, but the real prize is the knowledge we learn from each other.
